At Data Metalcraft customer service goes beyond just accepting orders and expediting deliveries.
 Every Data Metalcraft customer is assigned an Account Manager who
provides a single point of
contact for all customer activities including:
- Timely response to ALL customer inquiries.
- Cost analysis and estimating of all customer RFQ’s.
- New part design review with Data Metalcraft engineering and manufacturing personnel.
- Customer order management.
This level of cross-functional involvement provides our Account Managers with extensive product knowledge of our customer’s requirements resulting in exceptional customer service.
