What all of these systems have in common is the elimination of process waste and the implementation of process controls. These are the cornerstones of the Data Metalcraft manufacturing process.

In 1992 Data Metalcraft developed it’s first flexible manufacturing cell based on many of the concepts and principles outlined in the manufacturing systems listed above. Today Data Metalcraft has 3 Flexible Manufacturing Cells. These cells give Data Metalcraft the unique ability to competitively produce exceptionally high quality products at significantly reduced lead times in a high mix - low volume environment.
